- June 1 - Decide to look at everything good- every day this month. So for today - its relationship with three of my daughters - a friendship. A cherished friendship.
- June 2 - Say positive things in your conversations with others - I try to catch myself especially at work when talking to someone close to me and keep negativity in check.
My everything good moment today was accepting living alone and embracing the freedom of that.
- June 3 - Reframe a worry and try to find a helpful way to think about it. Money? I'm keeping the faith and trusting God for there to always be enough. And just enough is perfectly okay with me. My everything good today was seeing my CFO at work being trained by one of my co-managers. He was eager to learn what he needs to to fill a role temporarily in administration.
- June 4 - Take a photo of something that brings you joy and share it. I snapped one of these plants and the view of the trees from this window. Living on this mountain at this time of my life was exactly what I needed. Even tho I have doubted it a time or two. These trees bring me joy. And security. And beauty. My everything good today was the smiles from my coworkers during my stress.
