- June 1 - Decide to look at everything good- every day this month. So for today - its relationship with three of my daughters - a friendship. A cherished friendship.
- June 2 - Say positive things in your conversations with others - I try to catch myself especially at work when talking to someone close to me and keep negativity in check.
My everything good moment today was accepting living alone and embracing the freedom of that.
- June 3 - Reframe a worry and try to find a helpful way to think about it. Money? I'm keeping the faith and trusting God for there to always be enough. And just enough is perfectly okay with me. My everything good today was seeing my CFO at work being trained by one of my co-managers. He was eager to learn what he needs to to fill a role temporarily in administration.
- June 4 - Take a photo of something that brings you joy and share it. I snapped one of these plants and the view of the trees from this window. Living on this mountain at this time of my life was exactly what I needed. Even tho I have doubted it a time or two. These trees bring me joy. And security. And beauty. My everything good today was the smiles from my coworkers during my stress.
- June 23 - Create a uplifting playlist. Well.. I have a ton of those on my YouTube account. So.. I turned my bluetooth speaker on just now and played one. or two....
- June 24 - Bring to mind a favorite memory you are grateful for - it was the trip. At Christmastime. Across the sea to England. And the precious time with my Mara ♥
- June 25 - Show your appreciation to those who are helping others - I think this is something that I do at work on a continual basis. to make sure people are seen. And appreciated. And how it is noticed when they take an extra bit of time helping a coworker.
- June 26 - Make time for something that feels like play just for the fun of it. This one is easy for me. Maybe I'll turn on Draggin the Line in a bit and dance to it by my own damn self in my kitchen .
- June 27 - Be kind to you. Do something that brings you joy. That can include sending a polo to Mara, or receiving one. Text or call from my kids. Crochet hook time or just puttering around my home.
- June 28 - Notice how positive emotions are contagious between people. Yes. It only takes one to improve any relationship.
- June 29 - Share a friendly smile with people today. I do this as often as I can. And today, I started with Olivia.
- June 30 - Make a list of your joys and keep adding to it. My list is my family. And I pray for more and more times that I add to it. Grateful and loved.
