- Bagged salads
- Pre washed spinach
- Peeled and diced butternut squash
- Washed and chopped kale
- Sneak vegetables into breakfast and lunch
- Salad at lunch
- Scrambled eggs with veggies
- Left over veggies for Breakfast and Lunch
- Veggie Sandwiches
- Start dinner with a mixed green salad before you serve the main course
- Once a week-entrée salad
- Fill your spaghetti sauce with vegetables
- Chunky or puree
- Order pizza with veggies
- Artichokes, hot peppers, broccoli
- Puree into soup- carrots, onion, pea soup.
- Add peanut butter, almond butter, and honey
- Half of your dinner plate should be vegetables.
- Use veggies instead of pasta noodles. Zucchini, spaghetti squash, eggplant.
- Two words: Kale Chips
- Try new vegetables and find creative ways to eat them.
- Bok-choy as dipping veggies
- Shred turnips
- Broccoli in salads
- Shred carrots, cabbage and other “tough” veggies into a slaw.
- Marinate vegetables
- Olive oil garlic ginger soy sauce.
- Mushrooms broccoli string beans asparagus…
- Steam a sweet potato
- Avocado chocolate pudding
- Cut up greens (spinach, cucumbers, and other veggies) put them in your grain (quinoa, brown rice, barley)
