• Clean my living area.
  • Take long showers with lavendar incense
  • 30 minutes of Yoga every day.
  • Walking Nicky in the mornings
  • Eating more fruits and veggies
  • Meditation every morning
  • Setting attainble goals for the day and accomplishing them one by one.
  • 15 streach session in the morning before my walks.
  • Staying active during the day instead of being sedentary.
  • Getting out of the house. By going to the park or library. I need to get out mor without spending money of things.
  • Not making other peoples problems my own problems.
  • Journaling consistantly everyday about what has happened that day, and free write.
  • Start writing more poetry.
  • Start reading more
  • Drinking a lot more tea
  • Smiling a lot more.
  • Spending time with Brian.
