- Clean my living area.
- Take long showers with lavendar incense
- 30 minutes of Yoga every day.
- Walking Nicky in the mornings
- Eating more fruits and veggies
- Meditation every morning
- Setting attainble goals for the day and accomplishing them one by one.
- 15 streach session in the morning before my walks.
- Staying active during the day instead of being sedentary.
- Getting out of the house. By going to the park or library. I need to get out mor without spending money of things.
- Not making other peoples problems my own problems.
- Journaling consistantly everyday about what has happened that day, and free write.
- Start writing more poetry.
- Start reading more
- Drinking a lot more tea
- Smiling a lot more.
- Spending time with Brian.
