• Lose 50 pounds of unhealthy fat by next year. I know that this is a pretty common goal but I'm tired of not following through with my goals of losing weight. I'm going to be serious this time.
  • Write Mom a letter every week that she is gone.
  • Txt her every day to tell her that I tracked my food and excercise for the day.
  • Keep a food and excercise journal. I have one already I just have to use it.
  • Find other hobbies to take me away from my eating habits.
  • Find a place to live.
  • Work on my relationship with Brian to make it stronger.
  • be honest with my self and the people around me.
  • Get closer to nature.
  • Work on my body and my mind in a positive way.
  • Get back into poetry and art.
  • Smile more.
  • Write more.
  • Garden
  • Have fun with life.
  • Stop eating for no reason.
  • EXERCISE !!!!!!!
  • Read more.
  • Decide what I'm going to do for the rest of my life.
  • Meditate daily.
