• something on your BYF list precludes me from interacting with you. for instance, you don't want adults or cope shippers following you. if that's the case, I will assume that either you're hate-following me, or you just didn't read my listography. either way, not someone I want following me.
• something about you makes me uncomfortable. maybe your views on certain social issues that affect me don't align with mine, or maybe there are just things on your blog that I really don't want to have to see.
• you have a lot of interactions with someone who has hurt me or one of my friends. this one's self-explanatory.

Yeah. So. I’m finally doing this, despite how much it feels like shooting myself in the foot. I really just want to do it in advance of someone finding this out themselves and using it to ruin my life. That way if someone does, the people in this community who have seen this and didn’t decide to ostracize me for it can be like “yeah, chill, we already knew.” Not that I actually anticipate that people will shun me for this, but, you know, part of me is paranoid like that.
