It was okay, and I liked most of the visual gags. It managed to feel very silly and very bleak at the same time.
The pacing is bizarre and disorienting, but the action is fun and I adore all of the characters.
Okay sitcom with some funny writing and nice moments. Many of the characters are poorly conceived and not very likeable.
It had some creative merit with how it introduced some new ideas to the original concept, but it was still not enough to hold my interest. UPDATE: really finds its footing in the 2nd season!! Loved it
Very cute concept. Lots of fun forward momentum within the story in the first episode but practically grinds to a halt within the second. I guess they planned for the season to be more slice-of-life filler, but the first episode set my expectations up for the opposite direction. I found that disappointing since I really had fun with the pacing within the first episode. Oh well. The series was still enjoyable and there were lots of great moments between the characters. I hope Yor has more interesting screen time in the second season.
Really fun and silly, great casting. I found it more fun to watch compilations of best moments than the actual show because I did not develop enough of an attachment to the characters to enjoy the full run time of most of the episodes, and I really just liked the wacky jokes.
I did not entirely follow the series of events but at least I enjoyed myself somewhat?
So cute. Iruma is a really charming and likeable variant of the basic anime protagonist. It is very clearly made for a younger audience and some of the running gags wear thin pretty quickly. But it is so sweet and good-natured I can't help but enjoy it.
Most of the season was enjoyable enough within the moment but still really forgettable. But the finale was outstanding and more than makes up for it!!!
REALLY good. I really enjoyed the character study episodes that explored how each character was haunted by their own grief. The literal ghost story aspect of it was engaging too. Weak ending but it doesn't ruin the whole experience. Though it did not add anything to it either.
