how i review albums
- i use a 10 out of 10 scale and adapt it depending on the site im using
- a perfect 10 is an album that is meaningful to me and has near infinite replay value while also being technically and artistically excellent
- i give out 10s quite generously because what can i say, im not a hater
- a 0 is an album that i would volunteer at a book burning
- a 'mid' album is anywhere from a 5 to a 6
- i enjoy anything over a 7
- a 3 to a 5 means its not for me
- anything under a 3 is truly shit

- afaik ive always been like this but i didnt know it was a thing specific to me until i read an interview in nickelodeon magazine (remember that?!). the guy said the french horn looks like mustard yellow.
- i see colors and patterns in my minds eye instead of directly in my vision, which is more common among those with synesthesia.
- i sometimes have tactile and taste sensations but rarely do i have olfactory ones, mostly because i have a pretty terrible sense of smell.
- ironically i would be a light 0 to a solid 1 on the aphantasia scale. i have a rich inner world but my capacity for visualizing things is incredibly limited. i think synesthesia sort of makes up for that.
