 generally i loathe the word "diet" because DIE is in DIET and i dont want to die. haha no, but really, to me diet implies deprivation, starvation, cravings comparable to those from which heroin addicts suffer, and insanity. well, im looking forward to this one cause i can't stand the STS anymore! STS being spare tire syndrome, say that to a guy and wait for the most horrifying expression! haha i signed up for the biggest loser at work but they aren't starting for another 2 weeks; i started 2 days ago, i can't wait any longer. seriously, i lost 5 pounds yesterday; i'm not kidding. so this is my diet plan:
