• go up and down stairs much easier - unless it is the day after bellybdancing all night!
  • wear shorts at the gym and not feel embarassed but actually feel fit.
  • get back into some of my old clothes and give away everything that is too big.
  • go hungry, knowing it is okay.
  • don't feel the "big friend" any more.
  • JUMP my feet in during yoga.
