- go up and down stairs much easier - unless it is the day after bellybdancing all night!
- wear shorts at the gym and not feel embarassed but actually feel fit.
- get back into some of my old clothes and give away everything that is too big.
- go hungry, knowing it is okay.
- don't feel the "big friend" any more.
- JUMP my feet in during yoga.
