- read at least 3 chapters of a book per day
- start saving my money instead of spending little bits at a time
- dance for at least 2 hours (collectively) per day
- do a devotional everyday
- write something everyday (journal, poetry, etc)
Giving up:
- sodas
- poultry and seafood
- "fast food"
