- Watch at least an episode of the current TV show you're keeping up with.
- Watch at least one film, and cross it off your 'films that need watching'.
- Walk at least 30 minutes everyday, seven days a week.
- Enjoy life.
- Try to learn something.
- Eat healthier, stop starving yourself. (need to get food in to my fridge, fast)
