Must do most of them everyday since I feel like I'm going to spiral in the the depths of depression and never come out with the things going in my life right now.

  • Meditation/Yoga
  • Making collages or art in general
  • Listening to music that makes you feel like your floating among clouds
  • Watching films/shows
  • Walk along the shoreline of the beach.
  • Taking hot showers
  • Giving out positive vibes, optimistic. (smile child)
  • Reading books (need to start reading again because I miss it dearly)
  • Talk to someone close to you, only if through messages
  • Appreciate your body, learn to love it
  • Get toxic people away from you
