Must do most of them everyday since I feel like I'm going to spiral in the the depths of depression and never come out with the things going in my life right now.
- Meditation/Yoga
- Making collages or art in general
- Listening to music that makes you feel like your floating among clouds
- Watching films/shows
- Walk along the shoreline of the beach.
- Taking hot showers
- Giving out positive vibes, optimistic. (smile child)
- Reading books (need to start reading again because I miss it dearly)
- Talk to someone close to you, only if through messages
- Appreciate your body, learn to love it
- Get toxic people away from you
