GOAL: 100 miles by june 21 (bike counts as 1/3) + 136 lbs by june 21 + drink half body weight in water per day (TONE IT UP + PUMPS + IRON WORKOUTS) !!!!!start tone it up after 21 days of yoga! (30 day shred)
