- up at 6:30
- stretch out in bed - feel mindful
- throw a soft blanket over my shoulders and keep it on as long as possible
- gratitude journal
- write - lists, to do's, things to remember, poems, stories etc. in a notebook on my nightstand
- meditate
- light incense - offer my intentions for the day
- yoga
- occasionally go for a run
- coffee/tea
