• titus andronicus, because it is violent and compelling and tamora is a crazy bitch. i'm partly influenced by the modern movie, because i think it was incredibly well done.
  • much ado about nothing. i think beatrice is fabulous and her wit matched against benedick's is amusing. this was the first shakespeare play that i really enjoyed.
  • i obviously loved a midsummer night's dream because i love fairies. plus it is probably the easiest shakespeare play to read and understand.
  • as you like it was awesome because of the juxtaposition of the two men and the two girls and the kind of rules of inheritance for both of these people. plus rosalind was pretty kick ass and basically molded orlando, who actually seemed to be kind of a dud.
  • othello. iago is perhaps one of the most interesting characters ever and i hated him at first. perhaps i still do, but his intelligence is just undeniable and the passion of the play seethes through every line.
  • antony and cleopatra because come on, who wouldn't love cleopatra. she is such a drama queen and when i picture her i actually picture a giant, imposing, and beautiful man in drag.
