- less breads

- different types of breakfast foods
- less sugary snacks
- cook and bake more vs buying
- eat three meals a day with snacks in between
- eat at the table!
health fitness self:
- take better care of skin, nails, and hair (especially skin)
- work out more at the gym
- continue pilates and yoga at home
- go for walks/runs outdoors
- eventually get a bike
- continue taking vitamins
- eventually join a class at the gym
- see a nutritionist?
- take better care of myself physically (not just working out)
- personal maintenance (it's okay to spoil yourself!) weekly/biweekly? (skinn, hands, feet, hair)
- find new things to do / meet new people
- give back (to gain more)
- less depression
- stop focusing on what i dont have and work harder to get what i want
- be thankful, blessed, and happy!
