  • Lots of water
  • different types of breakfast foods
  • less sugary snacks
  • cook and bake more vs buying
  • eat three meals a day with snacks in between
  • eat at the table!

health fitness self:

  • take better care of skin, nails, and hair (especially skin)
  • work out more at the gym
  • continue pilates and yoga at home
  • go for walks/runs outdoors
  • eventually get a bike
  • continue taking vitamins
  • eventually join a class at the gym
  • see a nutritionist?
  • take better care of myself physically (not just working out)
  • personal maintenance (it's okay to spoil yourself!) weekly/biweekly? (skinn, hands, feet, hair)
  • find new things to do / meet new people
  • give back (to gain more)
  • less depression
  • stop focusing on what i dont have and work harder to get what i want
  • be thankful, blessed, and happy!
