• created a status sideblog powered by bear ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ which lives at fieldnotes.fossil.wiki / beatrice-notes.bearblog.dev. i wanted to import my posts from my now-deleted thoughts.page, as well as include notes from my old private lists. now with a creative template inspired by loren's photo gallery, and using the bare bones of their interactive photo pile. as of writing, my thoughts are all inside squares.

2026-08-22:

• refined my status sideblog, adding meta post content inspired by sylvia's script for her own tiny notes. picked out colours and fonts, added background texture, and altered the footer directive. added a border image into my stylesheet. major credits to loren aka ribo.zone for all of these free resources.

2026-08-23:

• added a custom scrollbar, copyright info, and integrated my imood widget, importing the karla font because the font import isn't working for that font specifically, for some reason i can't decipher. added a custom script for my `.title h1` hover text. added hover animation to my status posts.
