- ai generated music won't harm artists that much because ai usually tends to aim for popular ideal ideal standards. same reason why most ai art (especially of women) have the same body type or facial structure and exclude specific human qualities and insecurities. usually most artists in underground genres purposefully add certain elements in their stuff that makes them sound unique, like bjork or any song longer than 7 minutes. the only thing that ai will produce would probably just be corporate music or songs to profit off of, because a person who would use ai would be a person who does not know how to create art.
