• visit jb (perfect weather, we found a rock)
• no anger attacks until the end of the month (i'm screaming and cursing a lot at others, i don't think it's going well so far)
• send bruna and carol those letters

i failed at almost everything and i feel so bad for it. let's try again next month, right?
