- brush your teeth and floss at least 3 times a day. you can fool yourself but you can't fool your dentist
- don't sleep with wet hair
- stop drinking soda (yes, diet soda too)
- drink more water (but remember: don't force yourself. you only have to drink as much as you're thirsty)
- sleep at least 6 hours every day
- wear sunscreen (and an umbrella if necessary) to go out
- use hydratant on your skin

- don't skip doctor's appointments
- always wear the seatbelt, even in a taxi
- don't do drugs, it's that simple
- put your change into a jar every day
- wash your hands regularly
- exercise at least half a hour twice every week (that's a MINIMUM)
- don't rely on pills if you can't sleep
- read when you're bored
- cough and sneeze on your elbow, not on your hand
