- stop being easily influenced by compliments, just because someone says something nice about you, doesn't mean they're good people
- other thing about compliments: don't be on all fours for someone who compliments you if they never noticed something good on you before, you've always been wonderful and if it took so long for them to notice it, sorry not sorry but they don't deserve to be next to you (except your mom, cause she is your fucking mom)
- please, understand this: food will NOT make you happy, stop overeating just to fill an empty hole on your chest
- sex will not fix everything broken in a relationship
- don't let anyone limit you. they don't fucking know you, not even you know you, so go break some rules
