• cut down on my coffee intake and replace it with warm milk.
    • Coffee is allowable but only thrice a week (including tea)
    • I drink a lot of coffee whenever there is something important and tedious that I need to do, though. No regrets! at least I know that I have more control over my caffeine intake now than I used to.
  • be mindful of the serving size - calorie counting
  • exercise - start with 100 jumping jacks everyday (or do household chores. this will help me to learn domestic tasks and exercise at the same time)
  • drink 8 glasses of water (optional: homemade lemon water)
  • If yakult is available, drink one for each day
  • eat oatmeal either for breakfast or for dinner to substitute for rice
  • take my vitamins everyday
  • make sure to eat fruits, vegetables, and fishes every week
    • Fruits - avocado, banana, mango, papaya, tomatoes
    • Vegetables - broccoli, lettuce, cabbage,
    • fish - tuna (chunks in water) or mackerel

What to Avoid?

  • junk food (it's so hard to avoid you!)
  • carbonated drinks
  • ice cream
  • eating at fast food chains (you as well!)
  • physical inactivity (being a mouse or a couch potato)
