- ✔ cut down on my coffee intake and replace it with warm milk.
- Coffee is allowable but only thrice a week (including tea)
- I drink a lot of coffee whenever there is something important and tedious that I need to do, though. No regrets! at least I know that I have more control over my caffeine intake now than I used to.
- be mindful of the serving size - calorie counting
- exercise - start with 100 jumping jacks everyday (or do household chores. this will help me to learn domestic tasks and exercise at the same time)
- ✔ drink 8 glasses of water (optional: homemade lemon water)
- ✔ If yakult is available, drink one for each day
- eat oatmeal either for breakfast or for dinner to substitute for rice
- ✔ take my vitamins everyday
- make sure to eat fruits, vegetables, and fishes every week
- Fruits - avocado, banana, mango, papaya, tomatoes
- Vegetables - broccoli, lettuce, cabbage,
- fish - tuna (chunks in water) or mackerel
What to Avoid?
- junk food (it's so hard to avoid you!)
- carbonated drinks
- ice cream
- eating at fast food chains (you as well!)
- physical inactivity (being a mouse or a couch potato)
