- Scarpetta's tomato sauce. Might just be my favourite tomato sauce. Really rich in flavour.
- Spaghetti with lemon and olive oil. I think I added a bit too much lemon juice and heavy cream. My sauce had quite a bitter aftertaste I didn't really like. Too much cream made the sauce too rich and quite nauseating. (The leftovers tasted a lot better the day after. But then again, leftover pasta always tastes better!)
