what is it?
- specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, time-limited
- should be positive - whatever you focus on should increase rather than decrease (e.g. "get 2 hours more sleep each night" instead of "stop staying up late")
some of mine:
- make a tangible creative effort every day
- think more often of things i'm grateful for
- practice healthy communication when upset
- think realistically rather than negatively/paranoid/irrational
