what is it?

  • specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, time-limited
  • should be positive - whatever you focus on should increase rather than decrease (e.g. "get 2 hours more sleep each night" instead of "stop staying up late")

some of mine:

  • make a tangible creative effort every day
  • think more often of things i'm grateful for
  • practice healthy communication when upset
  • think realistically rather than negatively/paranoid/irrational
