  • Maximum 6 hours of sleep on school nights
  • Study aids in the form of notecards (lots and lots)
  • Lesson summary/outline for political science subjects
  • Having three separate to-do lists containing the same things to do
  • Utilization of food as coping mechanism for sleepiness
  • Sunglasses and/or umbrella, always within reach, and never in use at the same time
  • Oatmeal in the morning
  • Caffeine mornings or afternoons, but very rarely two cups in one day
