- Wood floors throughout, with some rooms having some thick, warm rugs (but mostly just bare floors).
- A study or library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves.
- Big, tall windows with cushioned window seats.
- A playroom with Disneyland posters on the wall, and a fantasy-themed mural, but NO TV.
- A large, round room in the attic.
- Victorian-style exterior.
- A lush flower (and raspberry) garden out back.
- Trees! And lots of them, with swings and treehouses.
- A hot tub.
- A balcony (or two).
- A movie room, fully stocked with tons of musicals and all the Disney classics.
- An antique-y, Indiana Jones-y sort of feel in the decorating (with old globes, cherrywood, etc.)
- Thick banisters, good for sliding down.
- Secret passageways.
- Lots of photos, artwork, and maps on the walls.
- Shutters on the windows.
