autobio (vacations we took as a family)

My aunt owned a cottage (summer house) on Frenchmen's Bay in Trenton, Mount Desert Island, ME. We were able to stay there for two - three weeks of the year. We were poor, so we never would have had real vacation when we were kids if it were not for her generosity.
