How to get there:

  • daily logs of food intake
  • log weekly weights
  • exercise 3-5x a week {join gym}
  • stick to eating between 1,200cals-1,500cals daily
  • baon your lunch!
    • stick to what you've portioned out for yourself no more than that!
    • if you plan to have dinner w/ friends pack low cal snacks
  • remove dairy as much as possible! (skin hates it)
  • cut enriched carbs by half

  • end of September: -3 lbs (147lbs)
  • end of October: -5 lbs (142lbs)
  • end of November: -5 lbs (137lbs)
  • end of December: -2 lbs (135lbs)
