- unsubscribe from e-mail
- purchase strategically and allow time to think about it- have a time delay between when you realize you wnat/need it to when you buy it.
- understand why you want to purchase something- to feel good or because it will contribute to your life in a good way and because you need it?

- The flaws in others which bother us the most are usually the the worst flaws within ourselves.
- Genuine beauty and truth will never be opposition.
- Trying to force someone to live a lifestyle isn't going to work. When you stop telling people how to live and start living in alignment with your values, everything will change. Live the exact life you want and live consistently. People around you will notice and will begin to change.
- the best thing you can do is LIVE your values. When you live in alignment with what you believe in, you can only inspire people and you don't have to tell people to change. They will be inspire by you and want to do that too.

- * When you know how much God is in love with you, then you can only live your life radiating that love." -St. Teresa of Calcutta
