How to get there:
- daily logs of food intake
- log weekly weights
- exercise 3-5x a week {join gym}
- stick to eating between 1,200cals-1,500cals daily
- baon your lunch!
- stick to what you've portioned out for yourself no more than that!
- if you plan to have dinner w/ friends pack low cal snacks
- remove dairy as much as possible! (skin hates it)
- cut enriched carbs by half
