- "Blind date" with my cousin cuz the person who set it up didn't know we were cousins
- Piano lessons every Sunday. Voice lessons for a while, as well. The latter didn't last as long.

- The beach being 5 minutes away from my house
- Going home for an hour at noon to have lunch with the family. Going back to school after.
- Staying at the school grounds with friends until 6 pm.
- Cutting mangoes using scissors cuz no one brought knives.
- My cousin was Buzz Lightyear and I was Princess Nova.
- Shaving coconut flesh from its shell.
- Making rings from this type of flower that I forgot the name of.
- The workers of that boat company were dancing to Build Me Up Buttercup when we arrived at the dock.
