- cafe chatter while working remotely with the PURPLE waves timer!
- NBA playing in the background while I work vs ruminating thoughts during remote work hrs!
- need to work -- gives me purpose
- shopping gives a sense of achievement...... when contrast/same-ish feeling to gaming
- I cross stitch during stressful or 'overstimulating' days on my (hybrid) breaks
