• Playing in "Hakkebakkeskogen"
• Stealing apples from neighbours
• Collecting frog eggs and taking them home, hoping for them to become live frogs
• Standing in front of a mirror smearing my whole face full of chap stick
• Sleep overs in "stabburet"

• Making incredibly strong chocolate milk
• Being fed all kinds of weird "foods" from my sister
• Making chocolate cakes in the school kitchen, eating so much we almost puked
• The boys in my class dressed up as girls, singing and dancing to Spice Girls music
• Staying at my grams, getting all the candy I would want, staying up real late watching horror movies and being almost scared to death
• The magic of getting up bright and early to open the Christmas calendar hanging in the darkness in the living room
• Making my own bed of a bean bag with hundreds (almost) pillows and blankets and sleeping in it
• My teacher reading The Little Vampire
• Collecting "russekort"
• Sitting on swings in kindergartens when being way too old for it, just talking and eating candy
• Eating rhubarb with sugar
• Standing outside on the porch waiting to hear the church bells ring in Christmas
• My grandparents calling us to wish us a merry Christmas from Gran Canaria

• Dancing with my grandpa at Gran Canaria - he was lifting me all the time
• Trying to catch lizards when we were at Tenerife
• My sister smuggling tortoises into the country

• Gingerbread house smashing at my friends house
• Wearing my first pair of Levi's until they had huge holes on the knees. Then cutting of the legs and using it as a shorts
• Taking a bubble bath with my friend, comparing our baby bellies
• Sleeping in tents in our garden
• "Swimming" in a 2m x 2m big pool for hours, pretending to be a sea lion
• Visiting old neighbours to get candy
• Going "julebukk" and getting annoyed when they gave us fruit
• "Parties" at elementary school where all we did was slow dance with the other sex
• Going to the library, spending hours looking at books
• Getting a "welcome to school" book from the sixth graders when we started elementary school, with drawings and stories
• Eating paper because we hated the music we were supposed to be playing in the school band
• Riding bikes everywhere we wanted to go
• Stealing candy from the local gas station
• Gather flowers and give them to my mom/grandma
• When dad bought the original Tamagotchi, and didn't let us kids play with it. We got some fake ones a while later
• Me and my brother "playing" with cars; arranging them in the colour of the rainbow, and trading back and forth
• Watching Free Willy and wanting an orca as a friend
• Climbing the "mountain" with my sister and dad
• Falling down from the roof punching a "hole" in my head
• Trying to catch butterflies and grasshoppers
• Taking the bus from Lillehammer to Gausdal alone to visit my grandma
• Rolling down a grass covered hill in summertime
• "Fakkeltog" for all the kids in my neighbourhood on New Years Eve
• Christmas workshops at school
• Standing under a roof somewhere in Germany with my family watching an extreme hail storm
• Standing on the front porch at home with my family watching lightning
• My dad coming home from working in Sweden giving me a doctor play set, I were sooo happy
• Hiding inside a closet whit several cool hats when playing hide and seek at a friends house
• Being at my grandparents playing with their small porcelain angels
• Telling my grandma I loved her ring so much that I wanted to inherit it when she died. Not long after she gave it to me. It was a golden ring with colourful stones and I loved it!
• "This one time, at band camp", when me and my sister left the camp grounds and walked for a really long time in an unknown city to meet up with someone she met on-line
• Sitting on the Kings guards laps (or something like that), drinking hot chocolate and admiring the handsome men. I was 9, they were 18+. The rest of the children played with each other, but I was chasing the boys and was their mascot
• Getting the largest ice cream I ever had seen, with lots of strawberries and whipped cream at Tenerife
• Playing "boksen går" with all the kids in the neighbourhood
• All the walking trips to Nevertoppen
• My sister collecting spiders just to scare me
• Giving the hedgehogs in our garden water at night
• Mocking my little brother for his friendship with a neighbour girl. They were so cute together
• Trading-days at school. We would all bring stuff we didn't really need/want any longer, and trade
• Going to a couple of tennis lessons, it was actually fun
• My families car trips to the western part of Norway, watching the fjords and the waterfalls
• An unknown boy sending me my first mp3 file via IRC. It took hours. I had gotten to bed before it was finished, and my dad called me up, so I could listen to it. It was REM - Everybody hurts
• Me and a friend of mine acting like babies while going through the centre of Lillehammer with my older sister and a friend of her. We made them really embarrassed
• A friend of mines older sister teaching us how to make beautiful stars out of silk paper (? "silkepapir)
• Sitting in a bus on the way to "band camp" paying poker with my sister. I lost and had to buy her candy worth of 50 NOK
• Me and my sister wanting to play strip poker at "band camp" with lots of boys
• Getting late night junk food at MBurger after getting home from Denmark
• Getting diamonds from my dad. "Gliamanter" as he called it. They were pieces of plastic made for scratching cards
• Getting up way too early with my sister to watch "Disneytimen" and "Skurt" on Swedish TV
• Climbing in trees
• Making snow caves
• Getting annoyed by the terrible acting on children's television while my friends loved it
• My teacher bringing pasta with some pasta sauce for us pupils to taste. I remember loving it
• Playing board games in my neighbours living room, getting annoyed by the accent her mother had
• Arguing with my sister because I wanted my stuffed tiger to have the same name as hers

• Playing with all my cousins at a family get-together
• Envying my friends room because it had such nice colours (warm yellow and warm red)
• Not being scared of, but still hating Fraggle Rock
• Always horseback riding on my friend at school
