Someone asked me to document everything i eat & what time for 4 days. So here it is.... 6/11/08 - Wednesday 7:30 AM:

        • 1 hard boiled egg.
        • 1 whole wheat toast, with a slice of cheddar cheese
        • 1 cup of coffee, with 2% milk, cinnamon & Splenda

10:37 AM;

        • Aprox. 12oz of water.

12:15 PM;

        • Whole wheat macaroni (1/2 cup, before cooking) with homemade pasta sauce.
        • Sauce was tomatoes, zucchini, onion, carrots & about 1/2 spicy Italian Sausage.

1:55 PM;

        • Peach Ginger Tea

3:00 PM;

        • South Beach Living, high protein cereal bar.
        • 16 oz of water

7:30 PM:

        • Slice of whole wheat toast, with natural peanut butter.

8:30 PM:

        • Tuna Sandwich, with fat free mayo,onion & celery. 1 slice of cheddar cheese on whole wheat bread.

10:00 PM:

        • Trail mix with almonds, raw peanuts, walnuts, raisins & dried cranberries.
        • Earl Grey Tea, Decaff
