Someone asked me to document everything i eat & what time for 4 days. So here it is.... 6/11/08 - Wednesday 7:30 AM:
- 1 hard boiled egg.
- 1 whole wheat toast, with a slice of cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of coffee, with 2% milk, cinnamon & Splenda
10:37 AM;
12:15 PM;
- Whole wheat macaroni (1/2 cup, before cooking) with homemade pasta sauce.
- Sauce was tomatoes, zucchini, onion, carrots & about 1/2 spicy Italian Sausage.
1:55 PM;
3:00 PM;

- South Beach Living, high protein cereal bar.
- 16 oz of water
7:30 PM:
- Slice of whole wheat toast, with natural peanut butter.
8:30 PM:
- Tuna Sandwich, with fat free mayo,onion & celery. 1 slice of cheddar cheese on whole wheat bread.
10:00 PM:
- Trail mix with almonds, raw peanuts, walnuts, raisins & dried cranberries.
- Earl Grey Tea, Decaff
