- (1) 15oz can of blackbeans, drained and rinsed
- 3/4c. granulated coconut sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 5T. melted butter
- 1T. vanilla extract
- 5T. Dutch-process cocoa
- 1t. baking powder
- .5t. baking soda

- Preheat oven to 350F°. Grease an 8-inch square cake pan.
- In a high speed blender or food processor, puree the beans, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until completely smooth. There will be flecks of brown at this point.
- Add the cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda directly to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 28-35 minutes.
