- changing themselves (clothing, music, hair, personality etc) for popularity
- complaining about not having thigh gaps, collarbones, cheekbones
- walking slowly in hall ways
- saying they're not __ but not doing anything to change that
- giving up to things just because of minor problems
- blaming themselves for things they didn't do
- lying/ breaking promises
- chewing with their mouths open
- bullying/cyber bullying
- pretending like they care when they don't
- hating themselves because of other people
- self harm (i know it's easier said than done but please)
- animal abuse
- murder
