  • this fucking movie has FROLLO and he IS disgusting but he is MADE to be disgusting. i don't like him but i know he is a villain in all it's vileness. he's EVIL. my problem with phoebus is because he's the same type of character as usui takumi and john smith: a white blonde man that manages to "tame" a dominant woman -- and, coincidentally, it's always a woman of color. and it's bad BAAAD for me because phoebus reminds me of usui takumi A LOT and I ABSOLUTELY HATE HIM. jesus i was having a stroke per second watching esmeralda and him interacting (and quasimodo always in the back like this 🧍 POOR HIM)
