• Distract yourself with books, movies, music, video games, etc.
  • Focus on bettering yourself with exercise and eating well
  • Try new hobbies that you've never tried before (the more outlandish and niche the better)
  • Try to make new friends somehow
  • Practice gratitude for the things I do have
  • Work extra hours to earn extra money or take up a part time job
  • Travel more
