• April 19, 2021- Started to buckle down Friday with a 21-hour fast. Deciding to stay on the 16:8 path. Eating window was 10 to 6 today. Ate clean up until Halo Top. Consumed entire pint. 100 calories over caloric goal for the day. 1530 calories total.
  • April 21, 2021- I was starving at 10 AM and swallowed a bagel whole. I know carbs aren't my friend but it was convenient and quick. Drank an energy drink too. Thai for dinner. 1230 calories total.
  • April 22, 2021- Had an apple for breakfast and left over Thai for dinner. Started fasting at 12:30 PM and will fast up until either 7 am or 10 AM tomorrow. Berry tea during fasting window. Tea is my friend. 1240 calories total.
  • April 23, 2021- Caved at 8:30 AM and ate a bagel with a side of turkey sausage patties. I fasted for 19 hours. Had an energy drink too. Will eat a substantial lunch around 11 and then I'll fast again until 10 tomorrow morning. 1035 calories total.
  • April 24, 2021- Fasting till 10 this morning. We're doing poke bowls for lunch, which should be fairly healthy, and then a small dinner before 6 pm. Stomach hurts today.
  • April 25, 2021- Got really sick last night. Going to try and eat smaller meals throughout the day instead of having two large meals. Fasting till 10 AM. Note: ate a small Firehouse sub. The portion size was good and kept me full. No stomach pain after.
  • April 26, 2021- Feeling good today. Had a huge dinner last night which made me feel guilty as hell. Back on it today. I will probably be doing OMAD today if I can.
  • April 27, 2021- Fasted for 21.5 hours. Ate a healthy lunch (turkey sandwich, apple, celery). Eating a small snack this afternoon and then fasting again until lunch (maybe?) tomorrow.
  • April 28, 2021- Fasted for only 16 hours. I made the mistake of buying some sugar-free Cool Whip. I managed to eat half of the container before putting it away. Won't be doing that again. 1250 calories total.
  • April 29, 2021- Fasted for 19 hours. I weighed myself this morning and I have lost another 7 lbs. Feeling a little better about myself and the process overall.
