- My boss doesn't respond to any of my emails (not a single one, even when I'm sick on my death bed and I'm emailing to be a responsible employee, I don't even get a "feel better soon")
- My boss doesn't listen to anything I say and generally treats me as if I am a child because I am the only female employee in our department and he's condescending as all hell
- My boss is completely unaware of all the issues in our department (even though multiple people have complained about said issues, he blatantly ignores them and lets them fester)
- The smokers stand in front of the entrance of the building (I don't care if you smoke, but please, for the love of God, move when I come up to get inside -- don't make me say excuse me four times in increasing volume)
- They are always and I mean always working on the building (whether it be the roof, the windows, the fencing, the elevators, the lights, the AC unit -- something is always broken and in need of fixing and nine times out of ten they shut down our parking lot and we're forced to park across the street and walk forever)
- The gossip queen that is our accounting lady (she is the nosiest person I've ever met and once begged me to tell her about my endometriosis so she could tell everyone she knows about it -- she's judgmental and nagging and I cannot stand her)
- The grumpy curmudgeon who bothers me all of the time (he comes into my cubicle and says "I saw you texting" like he caught me stealing something and I'm like "ooookay" -- the reality is he takes more smoke breaks than I will ever take text breaks and it is so hypocritical of him to mention it)
- 80% of our office works from home (and the other 20%, including me, are not allowed to for some God unknown reason -- it's so unbelievably unfair that it outrages me)
- I'm talked down to all of the time
- I feel unappreciated and ignored (every single day)
- EVERYONE has an office except for me, the lone employee in the cubicles (which is absolutely ridiculous)
- The work ebbs and flows (sometimes we are extremely busy, other times we have literally nothing and people get laid off)
