There are few things as fundamentally beautiful as nights in the city and nights on the beach. I love to love things alone but this is one of the things that most of the time can only be loved with a friend, so I am glad to have a friend to love the night with.
...shopping's nice too.
There is a feeling, an atmosphere at a movie theater I haven't yet found anywhere else in the world. That is much of the reason I love going alone. With alone come all the social constrictions, but with sharing that atmosphere with a friend comes distraction I'm unable to get rid of; their presence prevents me from fully falling into that darkness and if not the movie, that is what I pay for.

For a "city girl to the bone" I am strangely in love with nature.
50-minute workout on a treadmill. Slightly more enjoyable and definitely more beneficial in the sense that running out of breath doesn't stop me -- yes, it's less hard than running outside, but I can go like 5 times longer. Not once after an outside jog have my legs been this sore (in a good way!). Not even the first time. I have got to get me one of these.
