- i cant sleep on my couch when it's light outside and the fan is on... we have a sunlight in the living room and when i close my eyes all i can see is the fan spinning because of the light above it.
- my bed has to be against a wall...
- i can't sleep if someone is facing me or looking at me
- i cant sleep with socks on..my feet feel suffocated.
- i sleep with 2 pillows but one is against the head board and the other one is super thin and i only use part of it.
- i toss and turn.
- i have to be on both sides atleast once before i can fall asleep
