  • Turkey tartine, confit tomato, rapini, gruyere, fried egg (confit had distinct horseradish-y component, bread was rustic and thick enough to handle the egg yolk) // Gjelina, Venice CA --> Find out if this is in the Gjelina cookbook. Honestly just buy the Gjelina cookbook.
