- 2.25dl half almond milk, half cream (1 dl kremfløte, 1 dl almond milk)
- 8 eggwhites (240g) half a carton eggwhite
- 1 cup crumbled cheese (combination: Chevre & table chz)

- thaw buttercrust¨
- preheat oven to 190c
- roll out crust & arrange in baking dish
- partially bake for 15 min ( until edges brown)
- reduce oven temp to 180c
- blend eggs, cream/milk & hard cheese, fill crusts
- top with veg & shredded/crumbled cheese
- bake for 45-55 min
- cool for at least 15 min !
