• emergency magic is bad magic. witchcraft serves as a way to constantly build a good environment for you, which means regularly check in with your energy, where you're heading and what you're planting for yourself, either by putting your effort onto something or actively doing spells for it.
• spells won't work unless you put in the work for it to happen, because magic needs a way to happen. you can't expect a job offering without applying to any, right?
• magic is activism, you can't work alongside nature if you're harming the land you're in or contributing to the suffering of other creatures (this includes human beings, and no this has nothing to do with hexing or not)
• it is wise to choose your battles, where we put our energy, even in the most mundane ways, ends up growing in your life. cut what doesn't deserve your time.
• every act is magical, because there's nothing supernatural with magic. magic is the most common thing we do in our daily lives, we just don't notice it.
