reminders
- don't forget to eat everyday
- try not to stay up too late
- drink more water
- talk to your friends more, keep them all close and remind them that u love and care for them very much
- keep your surroundings clean and pleasant (but don't freak out if things aren't the way you wish they were)
- try not to hyperfocus, rather work slowly and graduallly on everything
- write down everything because we know how bad our memory is and you like keeping archives anyways so it'll be a fun task
- be kind to everyone, especially yourself
- it's okay if you start to feel bad again, just know that eventually it'll pass and everything will be alright
