- Watch a movie that you've seen before but in your target language every day this week.
- Make a playlist of songs in your target language to listen to daily.
- Find someone who speaks your target language and have a conversation with them.
- Find a show on Netflix/Disney Plus/HBO Max/Amazon Prime/any streaming platform in your target language, and with your favourite drinks and snacks, watch a couple of episodes.
- Find 1 more Youtube channel in your target language. Watch at least 1 video of the channel every day this week.
- Only listen to music in your target language this week.
speaking:
- Try to go a full day only speaking in your target language. If you find it too difficult, try to narrate your life as much as possible.
- Record yourself speaking in your target for 1 minute a day. Daily Life Edition. Prompt: What is your favourite food or drink? Describe the cloth you are wearing. What's the weather like today? Describe your family. What do you like to do with friends? Describe your city. What will you do today/tomorrow/this weekend/next week?
- Create a brief introduction of yourself in your target language, and practice it everyday.
- Record yourself speaking in your target for 1 minute a day. Hobby Edition. Prompt: What is your favourite hobby? Why did you start doing it? Do you set goals for your hobby, Or do you do it just for fun? Do you think it's important to set goals for your hobbies? Are your hobbies considered dangerous? Do you spend money on your hobbies? Which hobbies are the most popular with women/men in your country? Are there any hobbies you would like to try? Are there any hobbies you can do in other countries, but not your own?

- Use street view in Google Maps to visit the country of your target language and see how many signs you can read. Make a list of words you don’t understand.
- Get some good recipes online and try some of the food from the county of your choice.
- Find a news site in your target language to read each day this week. Pronounce it out loud if you want.
- Find an interesting book to read in your target language at your skill level. This may need to be a children's book but at least they have pictures!
- Change the language of your phone/tablet/laptop settings into your target language for a week.
writing:
- Write down five things you would like to do when you become fluent in your target language. Be specific. If you can, list them in your target language.
- Write a short paragraph in your target language every day this week.
- Write an article explaining the grammar of your target language. And feel free to post it.
- Make your target language a part of your daily life. Begin writing your to-do lists and schedule, in your new language.
- Write a one-page dialogue between two people in your target language and post it.
- Write a review of series/movies/books in your target language.
- Pretend you are living in a new country and write a postcard to someone back home in your target language.
- Write a short paragraph in your target language every day this week.
vocabulary.
- Learn a few jokes/idioms/slangs of your target language every day this week.
- Label your household items in the target language. Then describe their colours.
- Look around you, write down everything you see in your target language. If you don't know the word, search it.Commit to learning 5 new vocabulary words each day this week.
- Try to think in your target language. When you are thinking about your schedule, the days of the week, times, try to be aware of how much vocabulary you have learned.
- Plan a trip to the country of your target language. Make a list of words and phrases you would need for your first week there and practice some dialogue.
- Make a list of words that are difficult to pronounce, and practice that list 5 times a day.
- Memorize a new phrase in your target language each day this week.
- Make a list of vocab that you always have trouble remembering, and review it everyday.
- Choose an interest or hobby and make a list of vocabularies and phrases you would need to discuss this topic in your target language.
others:
- Revisit the reasons why you are learning a new language and remind yourself before every study session.
- Help out a fellow language learner online by explaining a difficult concept involving your target language.
- Write what you find the most difficult about learning your target language and any tips you've discovered to help you along the way.
