- 30 mins of Cardio 5 days a week but I can start with 3 days a week.
- Swimming at least once a week.
- No excess salt.
- No dairy produce unless necessary ie: I'm stuck in a station starving and all there is is a cheese sarnie.
- Fruit at least once a day and gradually increase that amount.
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day - I don't drink nearly enough, * I've ordered a water bottle off amazon so I can take it with me - the water at work is so dusty tasting.
- Try and get at least 1, although pref 2, full 8 hours of sleep a week.
- Try and have one day a week where I don't use the computer.
- I'm going to try and write letters to people, to try and keep communicating with people and just generally to improve my writing skills
