- Silk Strong women, weak men, flawed characters all around. Manipulation, exploitation, crying RPJ. Maxine Peake in sunglasses and red lipstick! Natalie Dormer's face. Corrupt barristers, barristers who steal. What's not to love?
- Whitechapel I love this show. It is a little silly that they managed to get two high profile serial killer copy cats but I just love the team so much. I think Chandler is a more interesting male lead than most. I like that he's barely holding it together but has this perfect outward image. Miles and Chandler have such an awesome bromance too. They're just a really great team.
- The Borgias This show you guys!! It passed me by when it first aired and then I'd heard reviews that said Irons was hammy which he can be, so I just didn't bother. Then tumblr convinced me that Francois Arnaud is very pretty and I already adored Holliday Grainger (light of my life etc etc) so I gave in and watched it all in a day. Love the score, love the direction (oh Neil Jordan <3). The cast is wonderful. The inappropriate sibling chemistry between Cesare and Lucrezia is magnificent. I enjoy the fact that the women are portrayed as players in their own right, and that they are equally as manipulative as the men. I really need to do more reading around the Borgias, I only know the basics.
- Cougar Town Oh show.
- Being Human I loved the pilot but then really didn't like Mitchell in the series and just gave up after series one. I really loved series 4 though. It was brilliant and funny, and had such a great acting team.
