- set up the little black plastic table with lawn chairs and sat out in the backyard with iced tea reading. Mom read the first Redwall book (she's never read them before!), and I read 'City of Ghosts' by V.E. Schwab. It was cute! And a lil' spooky. I got too many mosquito bites so I bailed lol
- Sides O' Seoul we got
- *donkatsu kimbap
- *beef bulgogi bibimbap
- *mandoo (dumplings)
- *tteokbokki w/ cheese
It was all. so. delicious. The bibimbap was to die for, everyone loved it. It had so many flavors, and I think the beef just made it even better. The donkatsu kimbap was tasty, it added an extra flavor in there. The dumplings were even better than usually, not quite as crispy just delicious. The tteokkbokki was YUMMY as always. Still spicy, but with the cheese it's really delicious. One question to ask them is if we can get just some plain white rice. That would perfectly round it out. We might want to get one more dish next time, it wasn't quite enough with four people eating it (and two of those slightly ravenous)
